I highly recommend Orlando Bartending Academy! I've always wanted to be a bartender and learn how to make cocktails, but was putting it off, always saying I didn't have the time and what-not. I finally broke down and signed up for the Full Time 40 hour week-long class.
Hands down the best investment I've ever made. Not only did I learn more than I ever could have on my own, but it was the most fun I've ever had in ""school"" by far!! Instructor Kim and T are the BEST and have plenty of real-world experience to pass on.
Not only was I able to get a Bartending job right out of school because I had this on my resume, but as it turns out, I know more recipes by heart than the other ""veteran"" bartenders!! I have regulars that come and ask for me specifically because they know I'm the only one that makes them their drink the right way. And let me tell you, that's a fantastic feeling!!
I can tell you enough about Orlando Bartending Academy. Just go and sign up already and follow your dreams! I did, and it's working out beautifully for me!
