We ordered two meals for take-out for lunch. The cashier completely messed up when ringing us up. She charged one card twice and didn't charge mine at all. Since a receipt never printed for me to sign, I asked if she was sure it went through. She said it was fine so we left with our meals. She then left a message at my work and asked me to come back in so she could charge my card before the end of the day. I was unable to go back in that day so they charged my friend's card again. When my friend called to get it corrected she was told there was nothing they could do until the charges completely cleared her bank. Pros: Convenient downtown location Cons: Had horrible service with take-out
