Review content:
I did not have a good experience with this establishment. I purchased a $150 coupon for, supposedly, a $300 service of a dermabrasion and peel. My first concern was when the aesthetician said this was an ""introductory service"" which is not how it was advertised. The treatment took 40 minutes in total and I was told that the ""peel"" would begin in a day or two and would last a few days - the result would be ""glowing"" skin. After no ""peel"" occurred after a few days, I tried calling the spa to speak with the aesthetician, who never called me back. The new receptionist did call back and said to wait another day. I followed up with an email to Dr. Gerstman explaining my dissatisfaction with the cost and lack of results. She responded by telling me that they did a ""unique"" peel and that I may not see any peeling on my face. I responded with another email letting her know I was given very different information from the aesthetician, which she ignored. I would not return to this spa nor would I recommend it to anyone. All I got was a pimple on my face, no peel, no glow.
