I am a first time home buyer and I heard horror stories about how horrible many agents can be, and how difficult it is to get things done. I am working with an amazing agent and we are building our first home!!! My husband and I are so excited, and are having no problems at all. Our agent is Ronnie Smith and we are building in Chisholm Point in Park City. Ronnie has helped us through every step of the way, and has stayed in constant contact with me on the update on my house. He calls and lets me know what they are doing now and what I need to be doing to prevent any sort of delay. The broker has been so wonderful. He is ontop of everything that is going on in the company and has been able to almost all of my questions. Any question he was not able to answer right away he was able to find the answer and give me a call back. I highly recomend Realty World Alliance. The agents I have worked with have been so passionate in helping me make the biggest investment of my life, and I do not know how to thank Ronnie Smith enough for helping me through every step of the way and is making this such an enjoyable experiance.
Pros: Great new home communities, Wonderful agent who returned calls, Broker who was also able to answer questions, Wonderful office experiance.
