Review content:
I recently had the pleasure of working with a local Wilmington Attorney by the name of Tony Saffo at Saffo Law Firm. Tony helped my aunt with her estate planning needs by drawing up her will and and power of attorney documents. We had heard a lot about Elder abuse in the news so we wanted to make sure that the serious medical and financial decisions our family needed to make would be prepared by an experienced Estate Planning Attorney. Not only is Tony very knowledgeable on N.C. tax laws, but he is also a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. That put me at ease. Tony listened. I mean he really listened to her wishes and made sure that she understood how the wills and other documents he had prepared would protect her assets and maintain her wishes. Tony Saffo is a wonderful lawyer. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that needs a will or have their estate planning paperwork drawn up.
