this company is a SCAM now with new licence and name SDHI original eh they said they would get the project permitted i asked for and to do that you must have a drawing an engineer drawing to submit they told us it was at the city and they through the structure up in a day and told us not to worry it was fine, we know what we are doing ect ect. i keep asking to see the drawing , they shine me on and in 2 1/2 days its complete according to the 3rd guy in comand because the other 2 arnt available...as they throw some paint up, im forced to pay the total as the contract penalizes you daily for non payment and im honest. so then sdgand e comes out and tells us....it obstructs their service. i tell contracter and he illegally hires a company to move wires. sdg@ e not happy. turns out no permits were even filed or drawings done.....when i confrunt main guy jay he says i opened up a real can of worms now and he was just trying to save me money. now supposedly the owner had a stroke and the business is in bankrupcy. funny a guy called from home improvements and asked if we wanted more work done?!!! so i said seriously?!!! so jim stamose comes over says hes a friend of the owner...says he had a stroke and now all we can do is file for the bond....but they dont respond.....funny if you call the same number for san diego home improvments...you will probly reach myra as she was same person i delt with for reaching anyone and san diego home improvments....yet she states no no we are sdhi not san diego home improvments. numbers to reach owner were same as before ...answering machines
beware our state licencing and d.a are aware of this practice and dont protect us at all.... so far just change your name and stealing is permitted. now we face cost of removal and fee fines and new everything legal theives call 619 544 1121 if u need more
