Review content:
We hired SDHI for a small bathroom upgrade, based on recommendations and the experience conveyed by the salesperson. It was downhill from there. Postponements, unreturned calls, excuses that turned out to be false, and even after calling the office and faxing the owner, no one returned a call. The project manager didn't seem to manage anyone or anything. Thanks to the subcontractor, AllProTile--Mike and Juan--who were the only ones who showed professionalism AND returned calls, the job was finally completed. My recommendation: Avoid SDHI unless you want frustration.
