I've been to Jack n' Jill's four times. I can't believe that I keep going back because the service is literally the worst that I've ever had. One time I had to wait 40 minutes for our waiter to take our order, then another 40 for the SANDWICHES to come out. We asked very politely if we could see the manager. The manager came over and his only comment was ""well I guess your lunch is on me."" It was very rude and not what you expect from a MANAGER... he could have apologized or something, but alas! The food is excellent, and I keep going back--what is the definition of insane again??
Pros: food, ambiance, parking close
