My roommate and I decided to check the store out, and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the door by the owner. She helped us find everything we were looking for, and took time to explain product differences to us. She was funny and very friendly. She even gave us a handful of sample size flavored lube packets for free since we couldn't decide which one we liked best.
