It's obvious from their site that they have an enormous, quality selection but, from experience, I can say that their customer service is also first-rate.
I bought a shirt from them, size large, back in March. I liked the shirt but wished I'd ordered a medium. Then, I forget all about the shirt for 3 months. Still, I called to see about a possible exchange.
A very friendly man answered the phone. I can't imagine anyone being more accommodating. Though the purchase was months ago, of course I could exchange it, he said. I could return it for a refund, if I wished. They would pay for shipping, I was told. He even tried to phrase my ordering the wrong size as their mistake!
If only this sort of commitment to customer satisfaction was the norm and not the exception. Be assured. You can buy from Golfknickers with confidence.
Pros: Unique selection, quality, amazing customer service
Cons: People look at you funny when you wear knickers.
