Review content:
I traveled 6 hours from my destination to W. Broad St. Richmond, Va. to pick up keys for an apt. One concern was why would you have to go to another city to pick up apt. keys? Where I reside, the day of move in, you report to the leasing office,(and not in another city) pick up your keys and begin moving in. Upon entering the office we were told we could not receive the ""1 key""(2 students rooming) because the manager was inspecting the apartment and he had the only key and would not be able to get it until 3 pm. Mind you, I arrived at noon. I asked why was the apt. not inspected sooner when the monies cleared in May instead of ""MOVE IN DAY."" The office personnel could really use EXCESSIVE TRAINING in customer service as well as ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS. The roommates mother was hung up on by the receptionist when she asked questions.
