If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. We have had the same exact water leak 9-10 times now. We have had raw sewage leaking out of our air conditioning vents! The maintenance people are horrible! The past time we had this leak (2 weeks ago) I called twice in one week to get them to come out and fix it and no one came. I finally had to call in the Henrico County building inspector to get them to fix the problem. When someone finally came a week and a half after our first request for maintenance, all they did was soak up a little bit of the water out of the carpet and vent where the leak was. Our carpet is still soaked with water and the leak has started again! DO NOT rent from these people. No one in the office is sympathetic to the problems that they aren't fixing, and the maintenance people do a horrible job at fixing the problems. When I asked the office if they could take a little bit out of our rent for having to deal with the same problem over and over again and was told no that we would just have to deal with it.
