I had problems with West End Properties so called "" Space Properties LLc."". I got charged for other people trash. It cost me $ 50 to $100. I emailed them about fixing the doors, the maintenence did a terrible job. I even got faulted when other tennants were making loud noises or playing loud music. I could not catch up paying the rent because of these stupid charges they keep giving me. They even lied about the eviction notice I was supposed to had been received. I can't even get my stuff. I advise anybody not go rent with these people. They do not care, even though its easy to get in. At the end, you will be paying unethical fees. They will overcharge you and stick you with fees that someone else cause.
