THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CONDESCENDING. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THEIR STAFF HAS AN ATTITUDE. TO BE HONEST WITH YOU IF THIS WAS ANY OTHER TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSSINESS. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. ON THE RARE OCASSION THAT THEY DO, THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE AN IMBECILE. WHEN I BROUGHT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY TOLD ME I HAD EXCESSIVE COMMUNICATIONS AND THEY ONLY CONCENTRATE ON IMPORTANT ONES. I GUESS THE FACT THAT MY A/C DIDN'T WORK WASN'T IMPORTANT AND THAT THEIR MAINT. PERSONNEL WAS NOT ABLE TO GET IN WASN'T IMPORTANT EITHER. MIND YOU THAT THE LOCK ON MY DOOR IS THE ONE THAT THEY INSTALLED. SO WHY DON'T THEY HAVE A KEY???
