I do not have a weight problem. I became a client of Lori's to improve my nutrition and to feel as good as I possibly could. She took a very thorough and professional approach in learning about me, and then she began to offer me advice about how to change my eating habits so that I could lead a very healthy life. She did not suggest anything radical or trendy. She offered substitutions in my diet and always explained the benefits of them in a manner that made me want to follow her suggestions. Thanks to Lori, I now eat better and feel healthier than I ever have in the past.. I highly recommend her.
