Review content:
I've owned more than one VW and love the vehicles. I've always had service done on my Jetta at Hatfield. The most recent service that I had done left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding to the quality of service and the fairness in it's pricing. We had already done the labor in removing the door panel, the technician looked at my vehicle for less than 15 minutes confirmed what WE told him the problem was and then proceeded to charge us for a full hour worth of labor for the estimate even though we didn't have the repair done. When we questioned the charges we were told that it was standard and that there was nothing they could ""do"" about it. They were inflexible and impersonal despite the fact that I had been bringing my car there for the last 7 years. Pros: Lrg selection Cons: Impersonal service
