Review content:
I recently had Delo out to ""fix"" a backup I had in my septic. With out going into the S--tty details, the problem was not resolved. When calling back to explain my dismay to the owner, he told me that I should dig the hole back up and self diagnose the problem before he would come back to help me.... This was after I had already spent $200 on something he had not fixed. I explained that I was at work and asked if it was possible that one of his crew come and recheck something they had not fixed, at this point, he told me ""I deal with s--t.... Everyone wants a Cadillac but wants to pay for a Volkswagen"" I explained that I figured that he would want to remedy the situation that was not fixed in the first place, and that I was not looking for free services. When making his life decisions he ultimately chose to work with ""sh-t!"" He then told me that I should go look for someone else to do the services then.
