I am still waiting for my security deposit check. I have been calling about this after the manager told me if would only take two weeks. A man called me back on Monday and told me that they have the paperwork and would cut the check on Tuesday or Wednesday. I should have it by Friday. Why would it take two days to cut a check? I know they didn't wait three weeks for their security deposit or lot rent. I also know if you didn't pay lot rent on the first you got an eviction notice. They didn't do any repairs on Royal Village. People were always moving out. Why are there so many empty mobile homes and so many spots for a mobile home? Why did they pick a company in Georgia for water in Ohio? Why is it taking so long for me to get my money? Cons: expensive, empty spaces, expensive water
