My son was arriving for a visit and was coming into the Albany Terminal. I wanted to verify the arrival time. The person answering at the Albany Terminal was less than helpful in anyone's definition. You may access my review of that terminal if you wish. Upon getting no help from Albany, I then called the Schenectady Terminal and found the person who answered to be congenial and more than a little helpful. She went to extremes to get the information necessary while all the time being courteous and kind. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the Schenectady Terminal employees ~ not enough uncomplimentary things about some of the employees at the Albany Terminal! To Schenectady ~ thank you so much for all your help. To Albany ~ thanks for nothing!
