As a dry cleaners they're fine...but they are RIDICULOUSLY expensive for hems...and I'm from Manhattan! I brought a dress in for dry cleaning and hemming. I had already pinned the dress. It wasn't a complicated one, yet they charged me $45. The hem alone was $30! When I came to pick it up, the lady who handed it to me gasped at the price and said, ""Can I make a recommendation? Ask how much an alteration is going to be before you get it."" Their own employees think they're overpriced! Lastly, the hem was not even the right kind for that kind of dress; thank god it's barely visible or I would have refused to pay.
