Personally having no experience in arts in crafts or picture framing for that matter, I went to this store on the reccomendation from another company. There is ample parking in a great location. As I entered the store, I was greeted by Darryl and his partner Lady (his cute dog). I immediately noticed I was way in over my head, there were so many options and so much talent, I didn't know where to start. I explained my budget (very modest) to Darryl and he didnt make me feel as broke as my budget would suggest, giving me many ideas and suggestions for the framing, clearly showing his many years of excellent experience. I didnt hesitate to tell him, I wanted him to be the lead in design concept and do what he felt was best. I couldn't be happier with his suggestions and worth ethic. Customer service was top notch, after spending nearly and hour the first day I arrived explaining everything with me and showing me around his shop, I waited for my prints to be complete, I returned the following day to the same greeting and not only was able to put in my request for the work to be done, but also at a much lower price point than I had expected, where we then continued to chat for about 20 minutes, if there wasnt other customers waiting, I would've stayed longer. Excellent carpentry skills combined with top notch customer service and great pricing, made this decision a no brainer. It makes me want to get more of my pictures developed and framed here. Thank you so much Darryl, the US needs more skilled professionals like yourself. Keep up the good work!
