I was greeted by very friendly happy salespeople. They were really helpful in getting sizes for me that were too high to reach. When I tried on the TOMS ballet flats, the shoes run a little large, but the salesgirl told me that if you go down a size, it will feel great in the heel, but too tight in the toe area. I tried on a smaller size and she was right. Her advice was spot on. GREAT store, GREAT salespeople, GREAT experience. Military people get a 15% off discount. I will be back, again and again.
