They don't take reservations or do call-ahead seating which meant that my party of 9 was told we would have a wait of 30 to 60 minutes when we arrived Saturday night at 5:40 PM. We weren't seated until 7:00 PM. We took out-of-town guests and were disappointed in our visit.
The host/server bringing us to our table stopped TWICE on the way to make chit-chat with other servers while we waited behind him. The Chicken Madeira was mushy but the mashed potatoes were delicious; the fish in the Fresh Fish Tacos and the chicken in the Baja Chicken Tacos were both dry and way overcooked. The mac and cheese was soupy with a layer of unwelcome crustiness on top (there is no children's menu, this was a side dish - no children's menu means no crayons or games provided by so many other restaurants to entertain their smaller guests). The Crispy Chicken Costoletto was good but we had to ask for more sauce.
The pre-dinner breads are always good but never sliced all the way through which means you have to put two hands on it and rip it apart thereby smushing the whole loaf. The server disappeared for much of the meal and never checked on us until she came to clear the plates and push desserts on us. The cheesecake is good and there are over 30 choices as well as other cake choices.
Pros: large menu
Cons: long wait
