I wish I had seen this site before I signed my happiness death-warrant! I can pretty much re-itterate the comments listed before me, but I can take it to another level. I am a single woman who purchased my house and continues to pay for it on my own and was CONSTANTLY referred to as MRS and asked about the husband. In this day and age, it is incredibly offensive to not only assume a woman to be married, but also to a man! What if I, instead, had a ""partner""? Anyhow, the salesman I had wasn't too bad and I forced along the ""dog and pony show"" because I just wanted the bottom line. The day of installation. that took THREE MONTHS to line up, I already had a defective window. I was told that it would take AT THE MOST 3 weeks to replace. It has now been a month. Also, the windows have some sort of residue on them that Hanson's own workers can't figure out. I now have streak or scratched windows that may need to be replaced. Oh, and to add insult to injury, when they sent out a representative from the manufacturer, he stood on my hose-stand and broke it off my brick house! Yes, that's right, a hose-holder that was DRILLED into brick and mortar. I have retained a lawyer and am now going to enjoy watching Brian Elias squirm since through the entire process he has REFUSED to answer any of calls or e-mails. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!! Cons: We can start with Brian Elias being a con.......
