Review content:
I purchased my vehicle on February 28th 2012. Everyone was friendly and very helpful up until I drove the vehicle off the lot. They instantly went from ""The Dealer with a Heart"" to not caring about me. I drove the vehicle about 15 miles outside of St. Joseph on the way home when the low oil light came on. I pulled over in Savannah, MO to check the oil level. My vehicle, they let me drive off the lot, was 2.5 quarts low on oil. It is incredibly dangerous to have a vehicle running that low on oil. I know there wasn't a leak or anything else wrong with the car because I purchased and added the 2.5 quarts of oil in Savannah the oil level has been fine (driven over 300 miles). The second issue I have with Cecil Myers is the lack of customer service post-vehicle-purchase. I tried contacting them 6-7 times, I was ignored. The customer service I have received from Jeff Davey and the rest of Cecil Meyers has been awful. I understand mistakes happen and the oil being 2.5 quarts low was a mistake but you NEVER ignore a customer. For being ""The dealer with a Heart."" I have yet to receive even a simple apology. I am the most unhappy with the service, response to me the customer, and that the vehicle was unsafely low on oil when it left the lot and no one seemed to care.
