This hidden gem is a challenging golf course nestled off of Route 106 in Halifax ma. After playing golf several times, and realizing it has the best greens on the south shore, I decided to join. Yes, it is a private course, but certainly affordable for the ""working class"". There is a great blend of members ranging from mid 20s to high 80s. The Country Club of Halifax's restaraunt Sophia's, offers great american cusine that really hits the spot after 18! If you want to join a challenging and prestine club, while not paying even close to a fortune, then Country club of Halifax is the place to go!
Pros: Great private course with a blue collar feel.
Cons: I wish I was a better Golfer!
