Businiess name:  The Grand

Review content:
When my friend in the area recommended The Grand, I checked t out. Elegant is what one would call the place. The grounds and apartments are all well styled and maintained. When I checked out opinions online, it sounded like a horror story. Poor service, faulty equipment, etc. I spent the next few weeks checking into the matter and then signed a lease. It was convenient to the metro, and walking distance to a large variety of shopping. The price was a little more than I had anticipated paying. The only thing lingering was the question of poor service and equipment; paint could hide a bunch of issues. I moved in and was a bit nervous; toilet was cracked, dryer had gum stuck to it and wireless access was not running. I went downstairs to find the office was closed during the weekends.
