I did due diligence an called 4 or 5 home inspection companies. I was so impressed with the first Inspector I called I wonder now why I called 4or so. I recently purchased a large home and what a lesson. I learned the most important thing, condition, I thought; until George the inspector walked me around ( he told me on the phone I had to be there). I learned costs to fix and most important to me that some simple suggestions would save me money. I did not do all he suggested quickly and now I know why he told me. Lucky I only wasted a small amount of money replacing a bathroom floor.He told me i'd ruin it, complaining nope he told me, do it and be safe and I didn't. I highly reccomend him.
