I recently put a contract on a home in Harford county. My brother told me to get this home inspected and he suggested George Pilat. I was happy to hear my agent knew this man and spoke highly of him. I knew my brother said he was thorough but I was also happy my agent was not upset ( my brother said some agents do not like a inspector who checks all he can and takes time to do it). I was very happy and took a minute to tell anyone get this guy. He checks so many thingsand explains it. I give him 2 thumbs up.
