Businiess name:  Muffler Man

Review content:
My car is three years old. I brought it in for an oil change to Muffler Man in Grandville for the first time. The man who 'waited' on me was extremely rude, not saying more than two words to me. Two months later, a loud ticking noise was coming from my engine. I took it in to a GM dealership and they said the oil filter they gave me was deteriorating and pieces of the filter got caught in my oil passage. Therefore, parts weren't getting lubricated causing the ticking. My engine is getting damaged because of this. I called the manager, and he said that's not their problem and there is no way that could have happened. They can expect a law suit if they don't own up to their mistakes.
