Hi, my name is Bree...and I'm a Pheasant Run resident. (tear tear, sniff sniff).
Thankfully, my husband and I have found better living conditions and are moving out. When we moved in, we had the intention that we would stay here for at least two years maybe three, but after just one year, we simply can't take it anymore.
If you've been reading up on other reviews, (which I failed to do) you've probably have come across a large list of cons. I can confirm they're all true. The apartment smelled like smoke b/c our neighbors smoked, walls and windows are paper thin causing you to hear all conversations around you, it takes a VERY LONG time for maintenance to fix any repairs (we had a leaky roof for MONTHS)...I can go on and on.
Even though we're thankful our obnoxious neighbors have moved out from down below, the car alarms and wasps outside our doors and windows are enough to drive anyone crazy!
I understand the rent is affordable for the size, and the staff is sweet, but there is a reason and sweetness only gets you so far. I STRONGLY suggest that you look elsewhere...if you choose not to, well than all I can say is, ""Good luck!"" Make sure to have some Raid on hand at all times, and don't forget your ear plugs, because that's the only way you'll get any sleep.
