Review content:
After a recent drop by visit to tour the kennel, we were unhappy with how we were treated, so I can imagine how pets are treated. We didn't like the office being so far from the kennel. Also, we were not greeted when we walked in right away and it seemed if we were ""bothering"" them in a way. Also, given quickest tour ever! She rushed us and wanted to talk/walk and didn't seem interested in our business. The first thing said was did I want a Penthouse not even mentioning they had regular priced kennels too. I feel they are money hungry. We didn't get the good feeling to reserve the kennel for our pet. This kennel would of been closer, but the kennel we use is excellent, cheaper, and has more space inside the kennel.
Pros: Grounds look nice
Cons: Not interested in your business, rushed, not friendly
