Absolutely Horrific experience. I am in the service industry, so I expect A service. I was looking for a flower shop nearby my wife's workplace. This place was right around the corner. So, as I was putting the order in, the lady had such a hard time understanding english that she had to put on another girl who spoke better english. The new girl took the information, but then put the original girl on. She couldn't understand nor speak English very well. She didn't take my name or phone number, but was happy to take my credit card number. Apparently, she delivered to the wrong address. When I called up to verify if it had been sent, the man on the phone told me to call back later, he was busy. I called back about 10 minutes later where I demanded an answer, and he told me that I told them the wrong address. I told him that they got the wrong address and he needs to send it out again. They did so, and the flowers arrived 5 hours after promised (There went the idea of the wife feeling special all day), and they weren't even her favorite flower (Daisy's), they were Roses... A half a$$ attempt at fixing something that was wrong. Then, they charged $22 for this service. Horrible.
