I made an appointment here by calling the general number and thought I had an appointment at the Summer Street location. I arrived at my appointment to find this location closed...called the number and was told my appointment was actually just down the road at the Raynham office so that's where I went. I arrive at the Raynham office the secretary was very nice and I filled out my paperwork and I was seen in a timely fashion. Now to the examine room (I was with my fiance) I am greeted by a much older gentleman. He asked why I was there and I told him acne...he said it was hormonal...then he said he would be right back a short time later he returns with a bag of Neutrogena and EXPIRED topical gel and a sheet about acne. Tells me to wash my face 2x per day and apply gel after. DID NOT give me a chance to ask any questions or EVEN look at my face or anything like that. It was the most awful experience...gave me a follow-up in one month which I am going to cancel and send a letter to request my money back!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...YOU WILL GET NOTHING FROM THEM!!!
