My sister and I stayed here back in January of '06. Even though it was 50 degrees outside, we were one of the only rooms booked in the entire place. The nippy air was actually refreshing. The cuisine - memorable!Service was incredible. Like the other reviewer said, ""free wine and cheese"" in your room and at every turn. I slept on a plush mattress with a glorious fire crackling in my room. The spas services were first rate: from the heated stone massage, to the merlot body wrap, to the hydrotherapy bath, to invigorating grape seed body scrub; I was more than impressed. This is a place I would consider returning to for an anniversary - that's how special it is!
