Not recommend to purchase a home here. Utilities got cut off quite often, for a long period too. There was one time we had a black out for 15 hours, threw away hundreds dollars of grocery in the fridge. You can never contact office personel for your problem. Listed as ""security patrol 24/7"", I lived there 2 years don't even know how the security guy look like. The meter guy for your utility is a joke, always read it wrong and left your gate open. I have a hard time selling my home, no one can get a loan. Their policy state if the owner run away then the lender will have to pay 3 times the monthly land rent. they have very bad reputation with all the lenders. I can't even contact the manager to settle my deposit/liability after my home was sold. It has been 3 months since, very frustrating.
