Review content:
There is nothing to do except walk around and spend money on things you don't need anyway. Also parking fee's are outrageous and you have to walk too far through areas that are dark and potentially dangerous. If you to look at old buildings with expensive shops and restaurants this is the place for you. The only exception to all of this is the Spirit Of Sacramento cruise. which is Excellent.
