Friday evening I totaly lost the picture on my Toshiba Theatre view rear projection set. Saturday morning I swung by and talked to him and he gave me quick rough estimate, so I brought the set in not expecting to see it untill at least Monday, A couple of hours later he called and told me that my set was done and he would be there for another hour if I wanted to pick it up. now I doubt if he can do same day every time, but it was nice, and he even offered me a loaner set while he worked on mine. Good guy and my money was spent in a local family run shop.
