I can not believe the experince i had at this Jimboys ! I went in with a coupon buy a buritto and drink and get a burrito free I also ordered two tacos, S0 I should of left with two burritos a reg drink and two tacos right ! Drove home and found they only gave me one burrito two tacos and the drink . the cashier rang it up a burrito combo, and a taco. So instead of honering the coupone I gave her she changed it to , buy a taco and get a taco free! How convienent for her since the taco is half the price of the burrito! I went back told her I only got one burrito the lady was very rude and tried to tell me I gave her a coupon for buy taco get one free , yet she could not show me the coupon I gave her. ! I guess it was too much to expect her too own up too a simple mistake and just give me a free burrito ! ( instead she insisted I pay for the taco , and then she would give me the burrito ! ) never expected too have too pay more I didn't take money with me on the returne visit, so I had too come home get money and go back, unbelievable it took three trips to get what should of been a simple order, while I didn't ask for a free taco I can not believe what I had too go threw to get my order correct! And too top it of I ask for the owner , and it was her! Can not believe the ignorence of this woman , I for one will never visit her establishment agin !
