Review content:
We've taken our dog to Taurus @ McNeil location several times for daycare & overnight stays. At first, everything seemed great - the service & our dog came back exhausted, which is a sign to us that she had a lot of playtime. Now it varies, some days she comes home acting as if she's been caged up all day & wants to play all night long, some days she's exhausted-which is a sign she's been very active. There were miscommunications from the staff, they ""flagged"" our dog as a dog who can only play w/ staff but never told us until we inquired about her behaviors after pickups (they apologized & adjusted the bill). We just want to make sure we get our money's worth, & we're unsure if this is the case. We will continue to proceed with caution. Pros: Convenient, Socialization (some), Always available Cons: No report card, vague communication, inconsistent results
