Just moved here from Memphis, and Sugarhouse is most like real Memphis BBQ that I have found in SLC. Ribs and slaw are good, but beans are nothing like what you would find in the South. Only other flaw- we asked waitress for our ribs dry (no sauce, just rub) and she did not know what dry ribs were. Not very authentic for a place that bills itself as ""authentic Memphis BBQ"".
Pros: Good ribs & slaw, Inexpensive, Ok atmosphere
Cons: Needto offer dry ribs, Beans not authentic
