Review content:
I had the ""Bill's Big Combo."" The ribs are really, REALLY good. I'm from the south and know good BBQ when I taste it. Their ribs are smoked for 4 hrs. and are very tender and moist. Great rub and sauce!!!!! The beef brisket was very good also; it has that great smoke flavor to it. The pulled pork was good but not great. I have had better; it was just a tad bit dry. I also had the BBQ beans and the Greek Oven Roasted Potatoes. The Potatoes were awsome but a little on the dry side. The beans were good but not my kind of beans (too sweet). I'm sure most people would like them. The cornbread tasted more like yellow cake than bread in my opinion.
The ribs and service are top notch so go there and enjoy. I know I am again!!!!!
