I have been going to Aveda Salons for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience until I went to About Face Salon in St. George, Utah.
The girl was told to put large chunks of blonde and copper in my hair but instead she put one blonde chunk in the front and in the back and they only went two inches down. The base color was suppose to be a chocolate brown but she couldn't even get that right. I would of been better off having a two year old do my hair.
When I contacted the salon they were very rude, even though I was very nice about the situation. They refuse to give me my money back so I am deciding not to be so nice now!
I know that there is an Aveda Salon in La Verkin, Utah I would suggest bringing your business to them.
