Wow, a Nissan dealer that knows how to treat their customers, not just lip service. I was looking for a a specific Altima Coupe and after calling many dealers I called North Bay Nissan to see if they had the car I was looking for. They were honest and told me no but they would see if they locate one for me and call me back. I received a call within 15 minutes from the manager Ron (sorry I don't remember his last name) who told me he had located one for me. He gave me the specifics of the car making sure this is what I wanted, without asking me to come in he told me that he could have the car for me by that evening. When I arrived the next day is was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the best thing of all was the price and excellent customer service. If there service dept. is anything like their sales staff I would even drive the extra miles to Petaluma to have my car serviced there. Keep up the great work!!!!!
