I've been using HwyAuto since the day they opened the doors. HwyAuto has always been upfront and honest and has always been able to match or beat any other price on the market. Ernie and his staff are very knowledgeable and never sell me anything I don't need and are always upfront about when I should anticipate future repairs.
Most recently, I was in the last week of completing my flight instructors license as a helicopter pilot. When on my way for one of my last flights before my final exam my clutch went on my scion tC. I was literally on my way for a flight when suddenly I was stuck on the side of the road. It was stressful enough to have to deal with the preparation of a rigorous flight exam and now I had to take care of this clutch that finically I was just not ready to take on.
HwyWay auto pretty much dropped everything they were doing to help me get my car to their shop in the City of Orange. They were able to find me a manageable price, ordered the part and had my back on the street with plenty of time to spare before my final exam. In fact the clutch that he found me was better then the original clutch installed from toyota!
I have complete trust in HwyAuto, so much so that my family uses them, even my brother who drives out from the IE (over an hour away) to come and have his car serviced.
The other great thing is if there is a job that they cant do, which is rarely the case, they always find me a reliable and trustworthy referral.
