I LOVE Force Of Nature boot camps! I WAS that mom that always talked about getting ""in shape"", but always concluded those thoughts with...""I've got so much stuff at work due"", ""I really need to do some laundry"", etc. I met Jenna, and being so close to my house, I figured I give her boot camps a try. Not only did it finally get me off of the couch, but her boot camp motivated me to keep it up! I was very sedentary going into it, and she never judged me or gave me the dieting and exercise lecture. Being outside and out of the gym environment also made the workouts FUN! Each class is different, and keeps me entertained. I am now a ""fit mom"", and am feeling awesome!
