I go here to do workouts as well as sometimes attend their classes. Their training machines are unique as they are specialized introversion training machines. The technique they use is the ""Superslow"" technique. Its a technique that promotes greater strength training in a shorter amount of time. So instead of having to go to the gym 5 times a week, I only have to go twice and only for about 20 - 30 minutes each time. Believe me, it took a while for me to be sold on this technique until I tried it myself and have seen the results. Look up the ""Superslow"" technique for yourself on a search. They also offer Yoga, Zumba, and other classes which I sometimes attend to work on cardio or to stretch my muscles. The classes are good and the instructors are excellent. Overall, I have learned a lot about how to take care of my body from human@ease. Everyone gives you advice on what you need to work on and what you're lacking in. It has truly helped me a lot.
