I've lived here 2 years now and have to say that I love it! Very calm and peaceful and while there are the occasional late night parties they tend to be few and far between -- VERY courteous staff and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Apartments tend to remain cooler in the summer because of their construction and cross-ventilation though it can get a little tough to keep them as warm as I prefer during the deep winter months, that's nothing worth ""complaining"" about --- pool and hot tub are clean and often available --- fitness center is great, sadly there are a couple of treadmill hogs but that happens everywhere. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have access to all the area has to offer as well as courteous friendly neighbors and staff in the office at a great price for all the complex offers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Pros: wonderful calm setting with access to all you could want
Cons: at certain times the fitness center has some treadmill hogs
