I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING IN THIS STORE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. WAS VERY SHOCKED LAST WEEK WHEN I WAS WILLING TO SPEND OVER $7,000. AND THEY WOULD NOT DO A COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY WITHIN 20 MILES. SHOCKING, AND HURTFULL THAT THE CUSCOMER SERVICE HAS WENT DOWN HILL SO BABLY. DEFINTELY NOT A PRIORITY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS VERY SAD.. GOOD NEWS IS I FOUND THESE ITEMS MUCH CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE....
