Dante, the sales person told me the car included the sirius radio. It did not. I was not told it did not until AFTER i signed the loan papers.
While filing out the loan papers, MIKE ROMERO added an extended warranty and a maintenance package to it WITHOUT offering it as an option or discussing it with me. Based on these reasons alone I would NEVER tell someone to go there.
Ricky Rodriguez was able to rewrite my paperwork and give me the extended warranty at a discounted rate, which was the only positive note i can say. However- after 3 weeks and the finance company still didn't have my paperwork in their system yet i left Ricky several voice mails saying that i was concerned that they didn't have any of my info yet and my first payment was due soon, which he didn't return-only referred me back to Mike Romero. I would rather burn the car to the ground than to speak to that pig headed piece of garbage about anything except how I'd like to punch him in the balls. So the only credit I could give was to Ricky, who then treated me disrespectfully by not returning my call or trying to see why the credit company did not have my information yet. I wish I would have bought this car somewhere else. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER ever go there if they really want to buy a car.
